Clarence Michael

Clarence Michael is the English editor with Marketing and Communications at Khalifa University. With a wealth of experience from his 27 years in journalism and 10 years in public relations and communications, he contributes to generating, reviewing and editing external media-related news content for Khalifa University’s marketing collaterals, as well as supporting events-related communications materials. His interests include reading, especially newspapers from various regions.

Mohamed Maatouq Saqar

Mohamed is an experienced event organizer, responsible for every aspect of an event, from choosing venues to evaluating success afterward. He is well-organized and competent in vendor management; skilled in communication and attention to all details; and enthusiastic and passionate about the job.

Wadhha Al Jaberi

Wadhha is an award-winning communications and media-relations expert with more than 15 years of experience. In previous roles at leading national entities including Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation and Critical National Infrastructure Authority, Wadhha developed integrated marketing and communications campaigns, supported corporate communications and events, and led media-relations function.

In her current role at Khalifa University, she is responsible for media relations and cross-functional coordination within the Marketing and Communications Department. Wadhha holds a bachelor of communications and media sciences degree with a focus on public relations and advertising from Zayed University, Dubai, UAE.

Jacob George

Jacob George is the production officer (Marketing) at KUST Review. With his successful track-record spanning more than two decades at some of the UAE’s top brands such as TECOM Group (part of Dubai Holding), and multi-diversified conglomerate Wafi Group’s Marketing Division, he initiates and supports in the production of marketing collaterals, including events-related materials for Khalifa University.

He specializes in successfully translating concept-driven ideas to product forms and accepting challenges that could usher in innovative ways for a smoother communication process.
