Dr. Hassan Barada has been the associate dean for undergraduate studies of the College of Engineering at Khalifa University since September 2010. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of engineering in an academic setting. Before he joined the founding team of KU in 2008, he held academic posts at Lehigh University (USA), King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KSA) and Etisalat University College (UAE).

Dr. Ernesto Damiani is the senior director of Robotics and Intelligent Systems Institute at Khalifa University. He is also a professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department and director of the Khalifa University Center for Cyber Physical Systems (C2PS).

David Sheehan, Ph.D., D.Sc. (dean of College of Arts and Sciences) is a protein biochemist interested in environmental toxicology. He was previously head of School of Biochemistry and Cell Biology at University College Cork in Ireland.
